What we delete: your account profile, login credentials, sign-in identities, saved e-invoice details, linked devices, push tokens, and uploaded KYC/receipt images. What we keep: the sale record behind every completed order, including its date, amount, item and payment reference, because the Income Tax Act 1967 and the Companies Act 2016 require us to retain business records for seven years.
